Program Manager
Brandon Lee serves as a Program Manager at Precision Scheduling, where he is responsible for overseeing project procurement and delivering forensic analysis and dispute resolution consulting services for a diverse range of projects throughout the United States, with values ranging from $5 million to over $500 million. Mr. Lee has successfully facilitated and executed bid submissions for more than 400 construction projects that required Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and forensic analysis services. During his time at Precision, he has effectively negotiated and procured construction projects totaling over $4 billion.
Mr. Lee holds a Master of Science in Construction from Louisiana State University and is a recognized member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI), where he has achieved the Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification. Additionally, Mr. Lee is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and the American Center for Life Cycle Assessment (ACLCA), reflecting his commitment to professional development and excellence in the field.
