Overview:
The Sonoma Verde Multi-family Development project had an estimated value of $20 million. It consisted of constructing two (2) multi-family buildings (building A and building B), a maintenance building, a clubhouse, concrete drives, site work, and irrigation. Each multi-family building is four (4) stories, and each structure has a basement. Construction includes foundation work, underground utilities, framework, mechanical, electrical plumbing (MEP) rough-in, and finished.
