Gregory Lee is the founder and CEO of PSC and one of the most experienced testifying experts in construction delay and forensic scheduling in North America. Over an 18-year career he has directed schedule analysis and provided expert testimony across $10B+ in disputed claims — with an undefeated record across five years of active dispute engagements.

Greg has led forensic analysis and testified in arbitration, mediation, and litigation on programs spanning healthcare, aviation, heavy civil, government, data centers, and industrial construction across the United States, Australia, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

He is a U.S. Army veteran, an active member of AACE International, and holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.

Peter Tignini brings 30+ years of international project controls experience across $100B+ in capital programs and has personally supported resolution of $8B+ in construction disputes. He has directed forensic schedule analysis, governance frameworks, and claims strategy on programs spanning oil and gas, healthcare, data centers, aviation, and heavy civil infrastructure across North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

He is the author of the When Controls Lie series and holds an MBA from London Business School.

At PSC, Peter leads all three divisions — Dispute Resolution & Forensic Services, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Management & Owner’s Representation.

Brandon Lee is PSC’s Director of Business Development and the firm’s primary client-facing contact for new engagements. He has led procurement and bid strategy on over 400 construction projects with a total negotiated value exceeding $4 billion.

At PSC, Brandon is the first point of contact for owners, contractors, and legal counsel — bringing the firm’s five-year, zero adverse findings record directly to every client conversation.

Veronica Lee is an Associate Principal at PSC and a founding member of the firm. Her project controls work spans baseline schedules, TIA, delay claims, and forensic analysis — including detailed analysis on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers programs from baseline through REA.

At PSC, Veronica oversees contracts, operations, and client account management, ensuring every engagement is supported by the administrative and contractual infrastructure that protects both the firm and its clients.

Miles Hersey, AIA, LEED AP, serves as a Director at Precision Scheduling Consultants (PSC), bringing extensive experience in the design, development, and construction of projects from schematic design through occupancy. His leadership focuses on delivering efficient, value-driven solutions while maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards for clients across a variety of sectors.

Miles specializes in comprehensive consultant team management, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of project delivery. He works closely with clients to program projects, develop space requirements, create functional layouts, and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

His responsibilities include establishing project budgets and schedules, managing design teams, reviewing technical documents, overseeing competitive bid processes, defining project scopes, and awarding contracts. Through proactive coordination and strategic planning, Miles consistently helps clients achieve successful project outcomes while maximizing value and operational efficiency.

Cheron has led CPM scheduling and project controls programs for more than 25 years across federal, infrastructure, healthcare, pipeline rehabilitation, heavy civil, manufacturing, and IT environments — including DOD, DOE, vertical construction, and complex capital portfolios.

Cheron is an expert in Primavera P6 scheduling, enterprise implementation, integrated project controls, earned value management, cost and manpower loading, schedule risk analysis, and claims support. She has developed centralized scheduling Centers of Excellence, established enterprise scheduling governance, and advanced ERP and BI integrations to strengthen forecasting, reduce schedule slippage, and support defensible time-impact analyses.

Saad is a Civil Engineer with postgraduate training in Advanced Construction Project Management and more than 20 years of experience leading project controls, planning, scheduling, and forensic delay analysis across major construction and civil engineering programs in the United States, Australia, the Middle East, and Pakistan.

Saad has supported high-profile, fast-track, and complex projects delivered through traditional, EPC, design-build, framework, and partnering procurement models — including large-scale city developments, high-rise residential and commercial towers, hospitals, metro and rail stations, transportation corridors, shopping malls, luxury villas, residential townships, and heavy industrial facilities. He brings extensive experience in project management, program controls, budget and cash flow management, productivity and resource monitoring, schedule control, and forensic delay analysis for multibillion-dollar projects worldwide.

As an expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project, he leads critical path analysis, earned value management, and budget control on large-scale programs — the kind of precision work that keeps projects on schedule and aligned with financial realities.

His background spans project controls management on major programs, including Intel semiconductor facilities, pipelines, and federal infrastructure projects. Juan Pablo is fluent in Spanish and English and communicates directly with clients, engineers, and field teams to deliver detailed schedule visibility and trend analysis that prevents surprises.

At PSC, he brings the discipline of lean scheduling and forensic controls — the work that separates on-time delivery from expensive delays.

He holds dual degrees from UTSA and carries PSP and PMP designations. At PSC, Sergio directs the CPM Scheduling Services division across active federal, commercial, and institutional programs.

Donald Nwan is a Senior Project Scheduler and Program Controls Leader with over 10 years of experience supporting federal, data center, energy, and infrastructure programs valued at more than $590 million. He specializes in CPM scheduling, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), cost and resource loading, schedule risk analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM), leveraging tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to drive project success.

An honorably retired U.S. Navy veteran, Donald is recognized for his leadership in schedule governance, risk mitigation, and project controls oversight. His ability to align stakeholders, improve schedule performance, and deliver actionable project insights has contributed to the successful execution of complex, mission-critical programs.
