Gregory Lee is the founder and CEO of PSC and one of the most experienced testifying experts in construction delay and forensic scheduling in North America. Over an 18-year career he has directed schedule analysis and provided expert testimony across $10B+ in disputed claims — with an undefeated record across five years of active dispute engagements.

Greg has led forensic analysis and testified in arbitration, mediation, and litigation on programs spanning healthcare, aviation, heavy civil, government, data centers, and industrial construction across the United States, Australia, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

He is a U.S. Army veteran, an active member of AACE International, and holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.

Peter Tignini brings 30+ years of international project controls experience across $100B+ in capital programs and has personally supported resolution of $8B+ in construction disputes. He has directed forensic schedule analysis, governance frameworks, and claims strategy on programs spanning oil and gas, healthcare, data centers, aviation, and heavy civil infrastructure across North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

He is the author of the When Controls Lie series and holds an MBA from London Business School.

At PSC, Peter leads all three divisions — Dispute Resolution & Forensic Services, CPM Scheduling, and Construction Management & Owner’s Representation.

Sergio Menchaca has led CPM scheduling and project controls engagements at PSC since 2015 across commercial, government, healthcare, education, industrial, and multi-family construction — including over two years on the $300M GM Body Shop Project in Arlington, Texas.

He holds dual degrees from UTSA and carries PSP and PMP designations. At PSC, Sergio directs the CPM Scheduling Services division across active federal, commercial, and institutional programs.

Brandon Lee is PSC’s Business Development Manager and the firm’s primary client-facing contact for new engagements. He has led procurement and bid strategy on over 400 construction projects with a total negotiated value exceeding $4 billion.

At PSC, Brandon is the first point of contact for owners, contractors, and legal counsel — bringing the firm’s five-year, zero adverse findings record directly to every client conversation.

Veronica Lee is an Associate Principal at PSC and a founding member of the firm. Her project controls work spans baseline schedules, TIA, delay claims, and forensic analysis — including detailed analysis on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers programs from baseline through REA.

At PSC, Veronica oversees contracts, operations, and client account management, ensuring every engagement is supported by the administrative and contractual infrastructure that protects both the firm and its clients.
