The Starling Apartments project included the construction of 90 residential units spread across three three-story apartment buildings. These units offered one, two, and three-bedroom configurations to accommodate a diverse resident population. Precision was engaged to deliver complete project controls and construction scheduling consulting from the pre-construction phase through final turnover. We developed the baseline CPM schedule using Primavera P6, ensuring full integration of all trades and milestone targets. Furthermore, we incorporated sitework, utility infrastructure, and amenity construction into one unified, logic-driven schedule. Our consultants provided cost-loaded schedules, allowing the owner to forecast financials accurately and track earned value across the project timeline. Throughout the construction process, we supported the client with monthly schedule updates, variance analysis, and sequencing adjustments to maintain schedule health.
