Led by a partnership between Pennrose, LLC and Community Housing Partners Corporation, The Residences at  North Hill represents this project’s affordable multifamily rental segment. Initially acquired by the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) in the 1980s, the site was once a mobile home park. The Residences at North Hill encompass 279 affordable rental apartments across five buildings.
