The Prologis Presidents Park – B4 scope of work included the construction of a 1,213,573 sf warehouse requiring project claims management. This warehouse consists of three offices with approximately 17,000 sf and has an estimated cost of $133 million. The warehouse features a 40-ft. clearance, 194 dock doors, & 4 drive-in doors. Furthermore, the facility was being constructed exclusively for a single tenant, Wayfair. Specific customizations were requested by the end user. The construction technique utilized in this project is a tilt-up wall with a spread footing foundation. Additionally, it has slab-on-grade flooring.
