The Prologis Presidents Park – B4 scope of work included the construction of a 1,213,573 sf Suit warehouse, which consists of three offices with approximately 17,000 sf with an estimated cost of $133 million. The warehouse has a 40ft clearance, 194 dock doors, & 4 drive-in doors. The facility was being constructed exclusively for a single tenant, Wayfair, with specific customizations requested by the end user. The construction technique utilized in this project is a tilt-up wall with a spread footing foundation and slab-on-grade flooring.
