This large-scale development included ten individual condominium buildings, each designed for timeshare use and extended-stay accommodations. In addition to residential buildings, the project featured a dedicated check-in facility, maintenance building, and a large resort-style swimming pool. The design emphasized comfort, operational efficiency, and phased construction to allow early turnover of completed structures.

Services Provided

We supported the general contractor and owner by creating and maintaining the project’s CPM schedule. Initially, we developed a detailed baseline schedule aligning vertical construction with site utilities, amenity installation, and inspections. We also introduced milestone targets for each of the ten buildings. This allowed the owner to plan phased occupancy and streamline handover procedures. Monthly, we updated the schedule to reflect field conditions, trade availability, and procurement shifts. We led schedule review meetings that helped identify risks and reallocate resources based on real-time data and progress analysis.
