The project included 324 wood-framed apartment units across 12 three-story buildings, along with a fully equipped community center. The development aimed to provide modern living with resort-style amenities. Features included a pool with a tanning ledge, a full-service fitness center, and multiple community-focused spaces. Residents also benefited from a business center, conference room, laundry facilities, children’s activity room, and a playground.

We provided CPM scheduling services from project kickoff through final occupancy. Initially, we developed a detailed baseline schedule aligned with phased construction, utility installation, and amenity delivery. Our team collaborated with the general contractor to refine sequencing, task durations, and trade mobilization plans for the Mercantile Apartments project. We ensured that construction milestones aligned with material lead times and crew availability.
