Overview:

New construction of 3,700 SF one-story administration addition (steel-framed structure), as well as 10,000 SF one-story science building. Complete renovation of existing 6,700 SF library (including elevator), and two existing 1800 SF classrooms. Conversion of art room into storage and practice rooms for the McDowell Middle School band. Campus-wide upgrades were installed consisting of HVAC replacement, fire alarm upgrades, and campus-wide intercom system. McDowell Middle School teaches an average of 400 students a year.
