Overview:

Precision Scheduling proudly provided CPM scheduling and project controls consulting services for the Hondo High School project. This involved significant upgrades to facilities and infrastructure. This initiative aimed to enhance educational environments and student experiences. Hondo High School serves approximately 600 students annually.

Scope of Work: High School Planning and Scheduling

The project required demolishing existing tennis courts to make way for the construction of a new 24,064-square-foot athletic center. It also included a 16,870-square-foot Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Agriculture (AG) Building. Additionally, the project included the development of a marching band practice area. Furthermore, it covered improvements to driveways and parking facilities. Our team took the lead in high school planning to manage these extensive changes effectively.
