Barbara Jordan Terminal Optimization Project – Gate Vertical Circulation

Traveling this summer? Precision Scheduling Consultants is taking a trip to Austin, TX to schedule a new airport project. Our friends at Alpha Building Corporation are providing the opportunity to assist with Barbara Jordan Terminal Optimization Project – Gate 13 Vertical Circulation.

The scope of this project includes the installation of two new escalators and the replacement of the existing stairs. The purpose of these changes is to provide access between Concourse Level to the existing Gate 13 hold room at the Apron Level to support a future bussing operation to ground loading gates at the existing Remain Over-Night (RON) areas of the apron. The corridor will remain in operation during the construction of the new escalators.

Our scheduler will be providing a Baseline Schedule with cost-loading to display the entire schedule for the entire construction period. Services will be performed in Microsoft Project (MSP) per request. This BJT Optimization project marks Precision’s eighth airport project and the second airport project of 2022.
