Overview:

Scheduler / Project Controls for the construction of an apartment complex consisting of 302 units in five 4-story buildings situated on a 9.21 Ac site. It includes 27 attached garages and 1 detached garage that holds 12 spaces. Construction is Type V-A per Code 602.5, Group R 2 and NFPA 13 at the leasing office, clubhouse, NFPA 13-R at all other sections of each building. The project consists of complete site development, post-tensioned slab with stick frame construction, 3/12 truss roof system with architectural shingles. The exterior elevation is stucco with foam buildouts. It also includes 5 machine room-less elevators and metal stairs. Units are up-scale design including therma-foil panel frameless cabinets with quartz counter tops. Clubhouse amenities include a fitness center, lounge and large pool.
