Precision provided a baseline schedule and monthly schedule updates. The project is in Houston, Texas at 70^th between Harrisburg Blvd and Capitol St. The Magnolia Transit Center is a bus and light rail station that is apart of the METRORail system. After the DART Light Rail system in Dallas, the METRORail is the second most travelled light rail system in the Southern States with a total of 18,400,000 riders annually.
