Initial CPM Schedule Project Requirements

Known informally as prelims, these schedules illustrate the initial 90 days of your project. They provide insight into the early stages and serve as the foundation for your overall project schedules.

This schedule reflects the first 180 days of your project. While Baseline Schedules can incorporate cost-loading if requested, they offer significantly more detail than Proposal Schedules or Preliminary Schedules.
