Business Development Assistant

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting, developing, and implementation of a revenue growth plan
  • Develop analysis reports
  • Identify and carry out opportunities for growth
  • Help identify areas of improvement for future revenue generation
  • Increase revenue and profit for various business lines
  • Uncover new opportunities
  • Market Research
  • Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
  • Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
  • Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
  • Must be able to travel to various marketing events
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business-related field or 4 years experience
  • Proven sales experience in a related product or service

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely written and verbally
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in a new environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
