Our firm supported a confidential national developer during the construction of a multi-building multifamily residential complex, known as Broadmoor Apartments. The project included 200 for-rent apartments distributed across several four-story wood-framed buildings. In addition, the site featured a resident-only clubhouse, business center, modern fitness facility, and a separate leasing center.
