Our firm provided comprehensive CPM scheduling and project controls services for a senior living development consisting of 228 residential units at Multi-Family Hills at Leander Crossing Apartments. The project featured one continuous three-story structure designed specifically for senior residents seeking comfort, convenience, and community. Property amenities were designed to support both lifestyle and wellness. These included on-site leasing and management offices, a business center, and a multipurpose arts and crafts room. Additionally, the facility incorporated an exercise room, outdoor swimming pool, landscaped dog park, and multiple gathering areas.
We began our work during the preconstruction phase by developing a baseline schedule aligned with permitting, procurement, and phased construction milestones. The schedule reflected unique requirements for senior living, including specialized accessibility features and MEP system coordination. Our team engaged with architects, engineers, and contractors to validate durations and resource allocations. We integrated these inputs to build a realistic and detailed master schedule.
