Our firm provided critical construction support services for the Harris Ridge Apartments, a large-scale multifamily development in Central Texas. The project consisted of 12 residential buildings housing a total of 324 rental units. In addition, the site included a clubhouse, maintenance building, swimming pool, and a detention pond. Comprehensive utility infrastructure also supported the entire development, requiring detailed planning and close coordination among various civil and vertical scopes.

Scope of Work

We supported the general contractor with baseline schedule development, monthly updates, and risk identification. Our team led the effort to align construction sequences with procurement timelines and jurisdictional inspections. We developed an integrated project schedule incorporating vertical construction, amenity spaces, sitework, and utility installations. This schedule became the backbone for managing activities and tracking progress. Each month, we updated the CPM schedule using field reports, subcontractor input, and updated delivery timelines. We quickly identified delays and recommended mitigation strategies to keep milestones on track.
