Scheduler / Project Controls (current) for the TxDOT US 62 – Build Frontage Roads & Mainlanes with Grade Separations. The project consists of building frontage roads and main lanes with grade separations ROW acquisition, improve traffic signals, install sidewalks and infrastructure improvements. Precision was tasked with developing the baseline construction schedule and maintain schedule updates.
